- ½ kg chicken heart clean
- LBR 1 bay leaf
- 1 stalk lemongrass crushed
- sufficient water
- 2 eyes tamarind
Spices:
- 6 pieces of curly red chili
- 3 eggs hazelnut
- 4 grains of red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
How to make:
- Mix all ingredients with spices and cook stirring until the sauce thickens and mature. Remove and set aside after a cold prick with a stick and burn while smeared remaining seasoning.
- Serve with a sweet soy sauce.
